Our Shopfloor solution is a clear and self-describing production solution

Our solution includes the process from the request from the customer until the product is delivered. The system allows you to create a sales opportunity where you gather all communication with the customer. Here you can also enter the calculation you create in our solution. Once the calculation has been built, you can offer it to your customer through our offer module. It is easy to add other products that can be components or other merchandise. The offer is automatically added to your sales follow-up and to the offer reserve. It is easy to create new versions of the offer, and we take care of all versions so that it is easy to go back and follow the history of the various offers. It is also easy to see the various changes from version to version.

When the offer is accepted, the offer is transferred to an order. Here you can build up the work process yourself with the phases you need, and you can enter approvals per phase if desired. Once an order has been placed, a production order is automatically generated and the system has an overview of the production plan, where our solution covers all needs for production and logistics follow-up. (see films about planning, production reporting, needs calculation, logistics, etc.) When the item has been manufactured and is ready for delivery, you have the option of running a picking list and packing slip. There is full support for partial delivery on each line or if you want to partially deliver the various lines. It is easy to have different delivery dates per line. When the item has been delivered, automatic invoicing can be set up via EHF, e-mail or another delivery method.
