Document Management

Tracking is completely dependent on a good solution for document handling, which is why we have chosen to create the solution with a good interaction between documentation and tracking.

Good functionality for documentation and tracking

Our documentation module gives you the opportunity to use all possible document types if it is produced in Office 365, construction systems or other software. It is easy to import documents into the solution. It is also possible to use other storage options for documents, e.g. SharePoint. Documents can be linked to the parts of the system you want. It can be on a customer, order, product, production, project or other group. If you want to create an MRB and link the documents to the project division in MRP, it’s easy. The system has a large amount of automation that means that documentation in connection with tracking is automatically linked to MRB and the other parts of the solution as mentioned.

We have version management in our solution so that when a constructor makes changes to a drawing, the operator will automatically have the latest updated drawing and other updated documentation. It can set up a workflow for approving documents and it is easy to go back on the individual versions. We have a strong focus on the operator being able to stand at his machine and communicate with everyone in the organisation without having to leave the machine. We therefore have a function where he can chat or add a comment to other operators, foremen, constructors or others with whom there is a need to communicate. The operator can add a comment to the next operation or to an operation that is later in the route. If there is a need to take a picture and attach it, it is possible to do so from the device you are using. This will also be part of the documentation in the solution.

The operator gets access to all documentation at his production terminal. It can be drawing instructions, certificates or other documentation. The operator can also create documentation throughout his working day. It can be checklists, measurement forms, certificates or other documentation to document tasks that have been carried out. The values are entered as metadata and can be extracted as documentation later. It will also be possible to create integrations with other systems, so that documentation can be created from other systems. We also have full tracking in the solution. We have serial number and batch number tracking. If there is a requirement for tracking, the operator will not be able to end his operation without telling which serial number/batch number he has used. It is also possible to trace the operator and document the operator’s competence. E.g. then a special requirement for a welding certificate will mean that only those welders with the correct certificate and competence will be assigned the task. And the welder who performs the task will then have his certificate automatically entered into the project documentation.

What our customers say

There is only one way to work effective Either 100% in the digital solution – or not at all otherwise you miss small parts and loose the major benefits.
